To better support your purchase and provide transparency, this page provides details on our items, finances, shipping, policies, and communications. We recommend you read thoroughly before purchasing.

Products and Contributors

Stretch Goals

  • 35 Physical Orders: CHB Guide Button. 3in, round tinplate.
  • 50 Physical Orders: CHB Guide Iron-On Patch. 3in, embroidered.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFO

Shipping Locations

Sender: USA.

We will be using USPS for all our shipments.

Restricted Countries

We unfortunately cannot send physical orders to Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Laos (accepting Priority Mail Express International only), Myanmar, Niue (accepting Priority Mail Express International only), Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, and Yemen. Other potential places we cannot ship to due to shifting global postage availability are listed [ here ]. 

If you reside in any of these countries and would like to purchase from our store, we recommend you purchase the digital items, or find someone to whom we can ship to who can then send or give (in person) your package to you. We apologize for the inconvenience!

EDIT 2/14/2024: We have revisited our UK shipping policy upon further consultation. UK buyers can indeed purchase any product they wish, without any restrictions to the purchase of certain bundles, nor the 135£ threshold of purchase. All buyers are, however, responsible for any VAT and/or import fees their purchase incurs.

VAT and Custom Fees

You are responsible for any custom fees and other that the shipping service will require. We cannot alter the value cost of the package, nor the package type. Thank you for your understanding.

As mentioned above, items will ship from outside of the EU. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. We are not registered with VAT.

Tracking

Your tracking number will be sent to you once shipping starts. If you have not received your tracking number after our shipping is announced as complete on our social media, kindly get in touch with us.

Parcels will be shipped in waves, and sometimes the labels will be bought in advance. Because of this, the timeline provided in the tracking email may not be accurate. Please keep an eye on our socials so you have a better idea on when your package will be sent out.

 

Delivery

Timeline

NOTE: Subject to change, will be updated accordingly - most up-to-date info will be on our socials and via emails we send. Digital sales will continue until the end of our Leftover Sales.

  • January 28th - March 22nd (extended!): Preorders Open.
  • Late-March - Mid-April: Contributors' Orders.
  • Mid-April - End-May: Production.
  • June - July: Shipping.
  • August: Contributors' Compensation, Preparation for Leftover Sales.
  • Mid-September - October: Leftover Sales.

Packaging

Products will be individually and securely packed by Deliverer Mod Cherry and then shipped in bubble mailers. There may be stamps or stickers on the mailer for decorative or communicative (ex: stickers labelled FRAGILE) purposes.

Please note along with your shipping information if there are any additional steps we must take to ensure your package arrives safely (ex: writing certain things on the package, alternative shipping methods, discrete packaging, etc.).

 

 

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility

You may email us to cancel your physical order before we have purchased the products - this will provide you with a full refund (minus Paypal fee).

If you'd like to exchange your physical order, you may do so during preorders. Email us, and we will refund you (minus Paypal fee) and request you reorder.

Any errors on our part when delivering (wrong address written, defunct item, missing items, etc.) will be eligible for a full or partial refund, replacement, and/or exchange. Please contact us within two weeks of the date your package has been marked "Delivered" in tracking (with pictures of the damage/etc. if applicable), and we will discuss next steps. We will do our best to refund you for the amount you pay returning the items to us, although that is subject to the funds we have.

Ineligibility

Digital orders are final sale; they are ineligible for refunds/exchanges/etc.

After we have purchased the products, you may cancel your order (thus not receiving the items) but will not receive a refund, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Damaged or lost orders due to transit or inaccurate address/instructions you have provided, may be ineligible. Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

 

Shipment/Delivery Errors

Ensure that your address is COMPLETE and CORRECT, and that the package can arrive to you safely. You may leave us instructions regarding this and note a place where your package won't be stolen. We will follow each step as carefully as possible.

We will ensure that we have a good amount of backup zines and merch for needed replacements - however, priority will go to those whose package was lost/damaged on our error. Should the error be yours or on the shipping service, we will try our best to replace/refund/etc., but it will be on an item and funds availability basis. You may have to cover shipping once more.
